Today's the day that thousands of outraged folks descend upon Jena, population 3,500, where racism lives and trees are for white folks. Or, as one Canadian headline terms it: Small Louisiana town braces for one of biggest protests since '60s.
William over at NiT reports that the Nashville NAACP will hold a rally tonight in support of the Jena 6. There's also a Memphis rally. Last night, 500 Nashvillians got on the bus headed for Jena.
