Fitzgerald Pursuing Cheney?

In an article up at Findlaw, former Nixon White House counsel John Dean argues that all the signs point to Cheney as the perp being hotly pursued by special prosecutor Fitzgerald.

Okay, so everybody knows Cheney is the Commander In Leaker, but if Fitzgerald is hot on Cheney's dirty tail, 'four more years' may well become the catastrophic nightmare for Bush/Cheney that we thought it was for us.

Obviously, Bushie misunderestimated the mexed missage. God wanted Gore. And he sent a Category 5 Special Prosecutor as the savior of these unhappy disunited states.

"Indeed, when one studies the indictment, and carefully reads the transcript of the press conference, it appears Libby's saga may be only Act Two in a three-act play. And in my view, the person who should be tossing and turning at night, in anticipation of the last act, is the Vice President of the United States, Richard B. Cheney."

Dean adds: "I will be stunned if no one else is indicted."
