Election Year Newspeak from the White House

Ever wonder if the USA is the world's insane asylum and the inhabitants are the only ones who don't know it?

So Tony Snow uses the White House podium to weigh in on the outcome of the Connecticut Democratic primary.

From the pResidential podium, Snow judges Ned Lamont to be a candidate from the "extreme left."

"[I]t's a defining moment for the Democratic Party, whose national leaders now have made it clear that if you disagree with the extreme left in their party, they're going to come after you." ('Extreme Left' Has Won video)

After speaking in his official capacity as White House Press Secretary, and judging the decision of Connecticut voters to be from the "extreme left," the pResident's spokesman said:

"As for -- the president has no comment on the winner or loser of the race. That is for the Democratic Party and Democratic voters in the state of Connecticut."

Update: Hey Bushie, a new CNN poll finds that 60 percent of Americans are now on the extreme left! Cause, 60 percent of Americans oppose the Iraq war. So how come America is still ruled by the One Party from the extreme right?
