Bush at 19% in Wisconsin

Everyone's been wondering why Bush came to Tennessee. A better question is: Why didn't Bush go to Wisconsin?

Well, since you asked -- In Wisconsin, only 19 percent of the people are asleep. In Wisconsin, a 19 percent approval rating is a "new low" for the pResident of the Republican U.S. Government. And in the previous poll Bush pulled in a whopping 24 percent.

The poll was conducted by a conservative polling firm. Does that mean Bush would fall below 19 percent if liberals conducted the poll?
