BushSpeak Du Jour

"And he divided society and pitted people against each other in order to justify his own presence."

George W. Bush, the man known the world over for an extraordinary ability to alienate, enrage, anger, and draw stark lines of division throughout the world, was not intentionally describing his own divisive, my-way-or-the-highway years as pResident of the United States.

The Decider was, of course, speaking of Saddam Hussein.

Speaking from the Rose Garden, after a furtive late-night trip to Baghdad - where he appeared to be "a boss on an inspection tour" - pResident Bush further alarmed the world with the news that he now 'senses' that everything is going to work out just fine in Iraq.
