Rep. Gabrielle Giffords is in critical condition after being shot in the head "at an event she was hosting outside a Tucson, Ariz., grocery store." The bullet went through her brain. The Congresswoman had received death threats.A federal judge was also shot and is dead. The New York Times reports that the judge was involved in immigration cases and had received death threats. Thirteen people were wounded and 5 were killed in the attack. The federal judge and a nine year-old girl were among the dead.
