What politics in the USA is desperately in need of is heroines, aka kick-ass feminists. Clearly Sen. Diane Savino is one. We will be hearing more from this woman. Senator Savino's off the cuff speech in favor of gay marriage has made her an overnight internet sensation, a rising star.
