Kucinich Responds To Obama's Address To Congress (Video)

America's extreme right-wing party's predictable response to Obama's health care speech was televised immediately after the event last night. Like anyone listened. What this country desperately needed to hear was a response from a party on the left. Here's Dennis Kucinich.


“Private insurance companies are going to get at least 30 million new customers mandated,” Kucinich told the interviewer. “We’re investing in the wrong people. … The insurance companies are being given a huge break. The pharmaceutical companies are getting a windfall. … We ought to be mindful of the concerns of the American people and not the concerns of the insurance companies and the pharmaceutical companies. . It's a bail-out for insurance companies and pharmaceutical companies."
