Politico has confirmed that it was indeed MSNBC guest commentator A.B. Stoddard of “The Hill” who took the adolescent liberty of referring to Senator Hillary Rodham Clinton as "skanky."
Hillary-hater, A. B. Stoddard then proceeded to laugh and laugh about it, like some adolescent who was caught. Stoddard actually denies it. Watch the video and see if you believe her.
