6-6-06 - Senate to Vote on Hate Amendment & Beast Movie Debuts

Can it be an accident that catkiller Bill Frist picked 666 - Tuesday, 6-6-06 - the number of 'the Beast' - as the very best day to vote on the Hate Amendment?

I don't think so.

As Fox News tells us, the base is near mutiny, and what better day to appease the hatemongers than 6-6-6?

Alabama will also celebrate the Devil's Day with a vote on Hate.

And, 6-6-6 is the day that Brian Flemming, the former fundamentalist Christian who brought us The God Who Wasn't There, will release The Beast movie.

The Beast:

A thriller. A Christian girl discovers proof that Jesus Christ never existed--and a shadowy group of fundamentalist Christians mark her as the Beast and will do anything to keep her from making the information public. Based on my recent research into the theory that Christ never existed.

You can see the trailer here.

Which will be scarier?

The Beast movie?

Or the Senators' debate on Hate?
