Akron's Still Counting, Sex Ed and Bush's Misinformation
The Akron Beacon Journal reports today that a group named US Counts Votes has issued an analysis of the last election. They seem to think that the chance of such a wide margin of error on the part of the exit polls in the 2004 presidential election is 1:959,000.
Before you wave it off as a bunch of crackpots or sore losers, you'd better check out the credentials of the folks who are saying this. At least one of them is a Case Western Reserve University math instructor. There were 12 people total signing off on the report that is being dismissed by Ohio politicos as "beating a dead horse."
What a lovely analogy.
NARAL Pro-Choice America has an eye-opening online quiz for those who would like to know more about the Bush Administration's sex "education" (read propaganda.) If you want to take the test click here.
If you aren't angry, disgusted, and frightened for America's youth by the time you finish that quiz, you need to do some serious research on the long-term effects of sexually transmitted diseases, unwanted pregnancies, and other pertinent topics.
