Jesse James, aka lowlife scum, has issued an apology for cheating on Sandra Bullock. James is sorry for "bringing pain and embarrassment" to Sandra Bullock and his 3 children. The apology wasn't enough to stop her from moving out.

As Jezebel notes, thanks to "the most hated man in America," Sandra Bullock didn't even get to enjoy her Oscar for 8 days.
