Conservatives Hope Republicans Lose in 2006


The Washington Monthly features articles by seven prominent conservatives who are so sick of the train-wreck Republican Party that they believe "that even if a Speaker Pelosi looms in the wings, sometimes the best remedy for a party gone astray is to give it a session in the time-out chair."

Any day now I expect even Laura Bush will wake up and cast her vote for Speaker Pelosi!
