Texas Senate Pushes Abortion Law to Force Women to Listen to Fetal Heartbeat

The womb-envious male-dominated Texas Senate is all but salivating over a proposed abortion law that would force women to listen to fetal heartbeats (when available). The women would also be forced to view sonograms and listen to a doctor describe the fetus. Texas lawmakers may or may not permit women to avert their eyes during the forced sonogram viewing.

Republicans currently have a supermajority in the Texas legislature so the new law mandating stricter control of women is probably a done deal. Look for it to spread to repressive red states like Tennessee.

The Texas Senate has 31 members. Six are women:
