Sarah Palin beats all male contenders for the presidential nomination in her party by a mile, in the latest Gallup poll. Of course they're all male. If the party leaders don't want Sarah Palin to be their nominee, maybe they should start recruiting some women to run against her.
Palin's 76% favorable rating among GOPers beats Mike Huckabee, Newt Gingrich, Mitt Romney, and Bobby Jindal -- by 11 to 31 points! Among all Americans, Palin's favorable rating is only 44%, but she still beats the boys! (By 4 to 10 points.)
Update: Signs of fear in the Romney camp - an adviser to Romney was quoted as saying about Sarah Palin: “She’s not a serious human being.”
