The Obama Administration is talking about a little get-out-the-vote trick for 2012 whereby Joe Biden and Hillary Rodham Clinton switch jobs after the midterms. That's according to the Washington Post's Sally Quinn. Sally Quinn is not revealing her sources, but one of them is plain old common sense. The White House would love it if the most popular politician in the country would campaign for Obama. In her latest column, Quinn argues that it should happen.
