A Betty White Mashup (Video)

NY Times Arts Beat: In the above clip, Frank DeCaro, Fredrick Ford and Jim Colucci — calling themselves the St. Olaf Glee Club — perform “Betty White Lines,” a hybrid of Grandmaster Melle Mel’s “White Lines (Don’t Do It)” and Ms. White’s work on shows like “The Golden Girls,” “The Mary Tyler Moore Show” and elsewhere. Because this is a rap video, we should warn you that there are a few naughty words, but they’re all enunciated by Ms. White. Also, watching this may make it impossible for you to hear old-school hip-hop in the same way again.
