Bill Clinton: Rep. Jim Clyburn's (D-SC) Role in the Racism Drama


Monrovia, Liberia: In his "first broadcast interview" since Hillary was pushed out of the race, and in a painful reminder of the dirtiness of the Democratic primary, Bill Clinton felt the need to respond to the vampire media or ABC NEWS by stating the obvious: "I am not a racist."

When the reporter brought up the name of South Carolina Rep. Jim Clyburn and referred to him as a "longtime friend" of Clinton, the former president replied: "Used to be":

Pressed on whether Clinton "severely damaged" his standing with African-Americans as Clyburn has claimed, Clinton snapped, "Yeah, that may be. By the time he got through working on it, that was probably true."
