Tennessee GOP Congressmen Stand With Bush Against Sick Kids (S-CHIP)

When Gov. Phil Bredesen and top state Democratic legislative leaders asked Tennessee's four Republican Congress members to vote to override Bush's cruel veto of the State Children's Health Insurance Program (S-CHIP), the four lawmakers said: no, we stand with Bush.

Zach Wamp, David Davis, John Duncan, and Marsha Blackburn are compassionate conservatives like Bush. Pity the children, and God save us all from compassionate conservatives.

Thursday, the House will attempt to override Bush's veto. If that doesn't succeed, the parents of the children who can't get proper health care in this state should hold these compassionate conservatives responsible:

TN-1 Davis, David [R]
TN-2 Duncan, John [R]
TN-3 Wamp, Zach [R]
TN-7 Blackburn, Marsha [R]

It's not too late to annoy the hell out of these four jerks by telling Congress to override Bush's veto. If Congress can't stand up to Bush, then maybe they should all go home and let Bush be the little dictator he so yearns to be.
