North Carolina State Rep. David Almond quickly resigned this week after allegations surfaced of "serious, improper behavior." As is the case with Almond's Republican colleagues, Sen. Vitter and Rep. Robert Allen, the improper behavior reportedly involved at least one penis.

"Impeccable DWT sources tell me he exposed himself in front of a female employee and chased her around the room yelling 'Suck it, baby, suck it.' It is unclear whether or not there was physical contact. She filed a personnel complaint."
