And speaking of Harriet Miers, the Bushies are still piling on the blame:
[T]he White House insisted that the president’s role had been minimal and laid the blame primarily on Harriet E. Miers, who was White House counsel when the prosecutors lost their jobs and who stepped down in January.
Since Harriet is a "work wife" we guess that means she won't be testifying against her beloved hubby Bush.
