If convicted, they will get a maximum of SIX YEARS, cuz killing a Black woman is as bad a crime as "attempting" to buy pain pills.
The woman's skull was cracked, four ribs were broken and her liver was damaged, an autopsy found. The injuries indicate that Richardson probably suffered a massive blow, such as being slammed into a wall, Levy said in an interview. He said it was not possible that her injuries were an accident or self-inflicted.
Records indicate that Estelle Richardson was "mentally deficient."
The records could be wrong. Could be, Estelle Richardson was perfectly sane; she just had trouble living in an insane country. Fact is, the fabric of this country is mentally deficient.
Six years for murder, and six years for a 'crime' that should have been addressed by the medical profession, and would have been if only Estelle Richardson's name was Rush Limbaugh.
The newspaper story suggests that the woman got extra time because she had her children with her when she attempted to buy the pills. If only she'd been a he, or if only she'd been the children's father instead of the mother, she could have avoided this little gender penalty.
A civil lawsuit has been filed against Corrections Corporation of America for $160 million on behalf of the woman's two children, ages 6 and 14.
