Many are calling it Clinton’s first 2016 presidential campaign video, and if it is, she will win, hands down. This video salute is almost literally a plea from world leaders for Hillary Clinton to succeed Barack Obama as President of the United States of America. The video was presented last week at the ninth annual Saban Forum, an event hosted by the Brookings Institute.
