Meg Whitman Leads in CA Primary, but Are Women Paying Attention?

Gubernatorial candidate Meg Whitman is way out front in California's GOP primary race. It will be interesting to see if Whitman gets hit with the same barrage of sexism that tried so hard to derail Hillary Clinton and Sarah Palin, but right now that's not her big problem. After spending 20 million on her campaign, the former eBay CEO continues to face quite a battle getting women to pay attention:

Meg who? Meg Whitman has spent millions bombarding state radio waves with her message but half of likely voters haven't heard of her or don't hold a view of her. More than two-thirds of women don't have an opinion of the only woman in the governor's race, while 51 percent of men have no opinion.
