Some of my favorite women -- Lily Tomlin, Jane Fonda, Jehmu Greene, Jodie Evans, all from the Women's Media Center -- have created a website worth checking out. Called, Not Under the Bus (see the ad in sidebar), the site takes aim at the anti choice forces, including the 20 formerly pro choice Democrats who voted to restrict women's access to abortion via the Stupak Amendment.At Not Under the Bus, I found Gloria Feldt's essay urging women to hold Obama to his promise to make the Freedom of Choice Act a priority and Rebecca Sieve's piece -- 'Menopausal Militia' to Young Women: It's Your Body! -- arguing that if young women don't soon wake up, the days of coat-hanger abortions will be with us again.
