Sarah Palin's Book Deal

Sarah Palin's memoir will be published by HarperCollins in the Spring of 2010. No word on how many millions she is getting, but in between a plethora of snide comments, MSNBC pundits are talking about rumors of 11 million.

Palin and Burnham said the memoir will emphasize Palin's Alaskan upbringing, and the governor will talk about her "unpretentious" lifestyle. Burnham described the book as the story of an Alaskan encountering a national audience, "the soccer mom and the political operative, and how one became the other."

The book will include her reflections on balancing her time as a working mother, recognizing the war’s impact with her son serving combat in Iraq, having a child with a disability, and supporting her teenage daughter through an unplanned pregnancy.
