Blagojevich: Jesse Jackson Jr. "Very Strong Candidate" for Obama Senate Seat

One day before his arrest, the Illinois Governor called Jesse Jackson, Jr. "a very strong candidate in a very strong position" for Obama's senate seat. The Governor "quickly cautioned that no one should 'read too much into this because I haven’t made up my mind.'"

Jesse Jackson, Jr. , the creep who said Senator Hillary Clinton cried because of her appearance, met with Gov. Blagojevich and interviewed for Obama's senate seat that very same day. I wonder if that had anything to do with the timing of the arrest.

Congressman Jesse Jackson Jr. said he was confident in the process the governor is using to make his choice for a Senate successor to President-elect Barack Obama.
