Debate: Joe the Plumber: 'It Was Surreal Man' (Video)

After Joe the Plumber's name was mentioned some two dozen times in last night's debate, the Associated Press got Joe on the phone.

Joe the Plumber said, “It’s pretty surreal, man, my name being mentioned in a presidential campaign.”

It was surreal. Obama spent pretty well the entire debate night sounding like the son of Stanley Ann Dunham, sounding just like a liberal. And so close to the election. I thought he did a really good job of selling the progressive tax policy, a plan to spread the wealth down to the people instead of the current policy of spreading the wealth to Bush's buddies, the have-mores.

Obama to Joe: Spreading the Wealth

Joe the Plumber doesn't like Obama's progressive tax policy yet, but he won't say who he's voting for. Joe Wurzelbacher from Toledo, Ohio is now an international media star. Watch for him on your cable news channel.

Update: Katie Couric interviews Joe the Plumber, who sounds just like a pundit.
