Tennessee State Rep. Bob Briley (D - Nashville) won the Silver Loser Award on MSNBC's Live with Dan Abrams show last night.
Rep. Briley received the award because he was 'busted for leading cops on a drunken high speed chase, allegedly asking them to shoot him in the head twice' . . . and, in his defense . . . 'the liquored-up Democrat said he was just driving himself to rehab.'

Briley's Day in Court: "[T]he charges against Briley, other than the DUI, will not be prosecuted. . . since he has not been convicted of a felony, he is able to continue serving as a state legislator."
