Fox News Banned by Angelina Jolie

Poor Fox News. First they were shunned by Obama, then they were scorned by the Democrats who refused to participate in the Fox News presidential debate, now they have been banned by Angelina Jolie!

Fox News is all in a wild-eyed tizzy -- the outraged propaganda machine has discovered Angelina Jolie's "true colors." By which they mean to say that Angelina Jolie is not a flaming rightwing fan of Faux News. Duh. She went to college, didn't she?

Jolie told Paramount Pictures publicists to ban FOX News Channel and all FOX News affiliates from covering the "Mighty Heart" premiere on the red carpet. It was only with the intervention of mortified Paramount staff that an FNC camera crew was allowed to be present.

Fox News reports that Jolie also presented reporters from major media outlets with an agreement from her lawyer which stipulated that if they asked nosy questions about her personal relationships instead of questions about the film, she would terminate the interview.

Jolie was being completely unreasonable, says Faux News. How dare Angelina Jolie "clamp down on the press"?

Angelina Jolie's true colors came out Wednesday as she promoted a film about freedom of the press and then tried to censor all her interviews.

Who will "censor" poor Fox News next?

There ought to be a law against "censoring" the Republican Party's mouthpiece. Cause, you know, freedom of the press to pry into personal lives and make stuff up is essential. Maybe Bush will issue an executive order.
