A Statewide Gathering of Progressives
The Tennessee Alliance for Progress (TAP) is bringing another great progressive conference to Nashville. The Compass IV Conference is on Saturday April 14, 9 am to 4 pm, at Cohn Adult Learning Center, 4805 Park Avenue, in Sylvan Park featuring issue workshops, free workshop on Global Warming, films, music, etc.
Keynote speakers are Paul Waldman (Media Matters and author of Being Right Is Not Enough: What Progressives Must Learn From Conservative Success) and David Sirota (author of Hostile Takeover: How Big Money & Corruption Conquered Our Government - and How We Take It Back).
$25 for the whole day! Sponsored by Tennessee Alliance for Progress.
