I'm still waiting for the New York Times editorial that urges Congress to impeach Bush and Cheney. In the meantime, Congress and the Supreme Court should heed the Times' advice on a few other matters.

The ruling relied on a shameful law that President Bush stampeded through Congress last fall that gives dangerously short shrift to the Constitution. . . "
