Bush Falls to 33%
The Boy King's approval rating "has fallen to a new all-time low for the Newsweek poll: 33 percent, down from an already anemic 36 percent in August. Only 25 percent of Americans are satisfied with the direction of the country, while 67 percent say they are not."
And surprise, surprise, the Democratic Party is now the party of moral values, and it is also the party that Americans trust most with the War on Terror.
If the election were held today, a mere 39 percent of likely voters would vote for the Republican in their district.
If we want a real landslide, Denny Hastert needs to stay in office right up to election day. Stay strong, Denny. Don't resign!
And we thought 36 was low.
