Doing her best to advance the apparent GOP mission to self destruct, Katherine Harris easily captured 49 percent of the vote and is now the official GOP doomed candidate in the Florida U.S. Senate race.
According to the latest Rasmussen poll, Democratic Senator Bill Nelson leads 57 percent to Hurricane Harris' 34 percent.
Thank you Florida!
Oh well, the GOP can always come back in 2008 with a Lieberman/Harris presidential ticket.
