Crazy for Multiparty Democracies

"We could not rule out the risk of somebody going crazy, or even crazier, within the U.S. government. . . So far the attacks have only been rhetorical, with the exception of the substantial increase in subversive radio and television broadcasts against Cuba."
--Raúl Castro

Raúl Castro explained that when Fidel Castro's illness was announced, Cuba was prepared for a possible invasion planned by someone "crazy" in the U.S.A.

As if to prove the point about "going crazy" in the U.S.A., the NY Times observes: "The Bush administration has said it has no plans to intervene in Cuba militarily but is pushing for a transition to multiparty democracy there."

Multiparty democracy? Yeah, Bushie loves bombing for multiparty democracy in other nations, but here in the U.S.A., Osama, or Islamic fascism will get you -- unless one party rules.
