Romney: Shut Down FEMA (Video)

God only knows what Romney thinks today, but way back a couple of months ago, Mittens was of the opinion that FEMA should be shut down. Yep. Cause Katrina was just so damn much fun.... the soulless GOP presidential wannabe would do it all over again!
