Wisconsin Judge Issues Injunction to Stop Union Busting Collective Bargaining Law

Judge Maryann Sumi issued an emergency injunction which temporarily stops the union busting law from taking effect. The law's validity is being challenged by a lawsuit maintaining that Republicans passed the law by violating Wisconsin's open meetings law. The judge appears to agree.
