Dubya Billboard Spotted On I-35

According to Bob at Minnesota Public radio, this is an actual billboard on I-45 in Wyoming. Real it may be, but it's still a very bad joke. [via]

The country may never recover from the damage Dubya did. Why on earth would we miss that?
