Hillary's Double-Digit Lead

The latest national polling (Cook Political Report/RT Strategies survey, pdf) finds Sen. Hillary Clinton leaving all other Democratic presidential candidates far behind.

Clinton leads the race with a twenty point lead!

Hillary has 43 percent to Obama's 23 percent. John Edwards comes in with 10 percent and Gov. Bill Richardson has 5 percent.

And on the Dark Side: Rudy Giuliani is at 28 percent, Sen. John McCain has 17 percent, uncandidate Fred Thompson crawls in with 15 percent, and Mitt Romney garners a mere 8 percent.

Update: The latest Quinnipiac polls find Senator Clinton "now ahead of Obama by 30 points in FL, 25 points in OH, and 16 points in PA. She also beats Giuliani and Thompson in general election match ups in every state except Ohio, where she is currently running tied with Rudy."
