The Democratic Congressman from Tennessee was responding to GOP criticism about hanging out with Playboy Bunnies, but this line obviously applies to a whole slew of the Dark Side's 'moral' issues.
And the next time old Harold wants to vote with the Dark Side on one of those issues, I expect him to be reminded of his own words.
