Mistrial for John Edwards
John Edwards was acquitted on one charge today. The judge declared a mistrial on all other charges. It's highly unlikely that the state will pursue the case, as it originated under the infamous George W. Bush reign. I certainly have no love for the despicable John Edwards but the mere prospect of throwing him in prison for 30 years makes a mockery of our already tattered justice system.
