So Keith Olbermann donated money to Democrats [gasp] and is rewarded by MSNBC's brain-dead President Phil Griffin with an indefinite suspension. In other words, MSNBC found out that Keith is a liberal and responded with harsh punishment.
I'm sorry, but it is just plain ludicrous to apply the rule made for neutral or so-called objective journalists at NBC to people at MSNBC who make a living flaunting their liberal bias. The rule may make sense at NBC, but without liberal bias, there would not be an MSNBC, nor a Keith Olbermann. This stinks. Given that MSNBC's (contact MSNBC) token conservative Joe Scarborough has donated to Republicans, there may be more to this story than simply old fashioned stupidity. Meanwhile MSNBC searches for an 'impartial journalist' to fill Keith's shoes.
