Funny! Al Franken helped write the skit which includes references to: "tax cuts for pedophiles," "health care for Osama Bin Laden," and "fathering two black babies."
But isn't this what U.S. elections are all about? Misrepresenting the truth with absurd soundbite attack lines that could easily have been written by SNL writers. Just like our adversarial justice system, what's important is who can beat the other guy up and win! The SNL skit is funny, but it's not mocking McCain. It's only mocking the travesty of a democracy that we have become.
