Joshua Green has worked for some serious publications, like the Washington Monthly and American Prospect, where he has fed readers lies such as: Al Gore is a serial exaggerator who said he invented the internet. In fact, Green is one of the irresponsible 'journalists' who helped put Bush, instead of Gore, into the White House.
Joshua Green, senior editor at The Atlantic and author of the latest hit job on Hillary Rodham Clinton, inadvertently reminds readers that he once wrote for The Onion (seriously) when he actually suggests (on page one) that his hit job is "empirical truth."

Yet over the years, Joshua Green has written enough negative pieces about Hillary Rodham Clinton to make him a charter member in the Chris Matthews club of men who are obsessed with the former First Lady. So now Joshua Green wants us to believe that he has the "empirical truth" about Hilary Rodham Clinton's historic presidential campaign? Green supports his long ago formed opinions with some 200 leaked emails which were selected from untold tens of thousands of emails for the sole purpose of proving that Green's disdain for Hillary Rodham Clinton is based on something akin to "truth."
Joshua Green also supports his anti Hillary views with some sensationally suggestive language. He refers to Hillary's famed majority female staff as a "bitchy staff" which "proved to be her Achilles’ heel." In spite of Hillary's bitchy staff, the vast majority of Green's hit piece focuses on the men in her campaign, most especially Mark Penn.
Green gripes that Hillary "never behaved like a chief executive," by which he means that the woman did not behave like a proper authoritarian. Speaking of the historic feminist candidate, Green writes: "the candidate herself evinced a paralyzing schizophrenia -- one day a shots-’n’-beers brawler, the next a Hallmark Channel mom."
Paralyzing schizophrenia? Where have we heard that before? Chris Matthews would be so proud. But it's truly remarkable to recall that such a miserable "schizophrenic" failure actually won 18 million votes! Or as Riverdaughter observes:
This is just silly. She whupped Obama’s ass. She won CA, NY, NJ, PA, OH, FL, MI, AZ, TX, MA, WV, KY etc, etc. This was a phenomenally successful campaign. Hillary figured out what she needed to do and did it very well. What she could not overcome was the DNC’s withdrawal of FL and MI delegates that deprived her of the critical mass necessary to cruise to an easy victory.
